The people using this platform need to make decisions from information held in several systems. We are building a workspace that brings relevant context into the task at hand, so AI assistance can be useful within the product rather than isolated in a separate chat window.
The response has to reflect the right data for the right person. The application must select the context, check access, manage longer-running work, and give the user a clear place to review the result.

Our work
We are designing and building the application and backend paths that connect the user workflow, business context, and AI processing.
Approach
We start with a specific task and follow it across the interface, data sources, permissions, and model calls. Work that takes longer than a request is handled separately, while the product keeps the user informed of its state. The result returns to a workflow where a person can inspect it before acting.
